Chimney Corner Hotel

Lunch was lovely, I had the fish gougons, my friends had chicken gougons and steak sandwich, good value and very good service, our waiter was very friendly and helpful, also lovely decor, comfy chairs and tables well spaced. We will be back soon :)

This hotel was recently renovated. I have stayed in many many hotels, this one was by far the best for this price point. In fact I've paid 3x the cost for rooms half as good. The room was incredible, the bed was perfect, and the included breakfast was spectacular. The staff were super friendly. Huge TV in the room with great connectivity. Fast wifi. The shower had 2 heads and the pressure was incredible. I hope I get to stay here again before I leave Ireland. I've never been more refreshed from a hotel stay.

For a 2⭐ Hotel Couldn’t ask for more. Britney the receptionist was fantastic. Went above and beyond to make my stay welcoming! Even brought Daz after a joke. Martine was an outstanding waitress. She has a class of banter about her. Even tho she got the odd order wrong over my 19night stay which I guess wasn’t bad. All in all the staff were outstanding and the rooms were always kept clean and tidy. The restaurant food was really nice. Thank you guys

The hotel has had a major upgrade and makeover and its looking great. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and courteous. I will say the breakfast room team seemed a little short of hands but they did their best. Not sure if there were issues or maybe the management need to make a change and add some more bodies. We were attending a wedding and stayed in a family room which we found to be well laid out, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was spot on too. No complaints and would be happy to return.

Went to Chimney Corner for a meal and it was amazing. Food and service was top class. Chris the head chef came to speak to us but the food was perfect. The waitresses were chatty and so friendly. Brilliant service and great experience for a family birthday. Will definitely be back.

Overall a very good stay. The rooms were lovely, very clean with a nice bathroom. My only issue was that I struggled to do my makeup/ hair as the only mirror was in the bathroom and there was no sockets for straighteners/ curlers in there. The food was really nice and the staff very attentive. The hotel is very far out of Belfast so not the place for those seeking days of central tourist attractions. But a perfect place to stay if you have family near by or have access to a car. We were here for a wedding and had a lovely day.

So this place used to have a reputation as a bit of a dump but it got done up recently, and I am very impressed. The reception is light and modern, receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room we got was small but more than enough for a single nights stay. Everything else about the room was great, decent TV, plenty of clean towels, tea and coffee facilities. Restaurant was great, food was top notch and to me worth its slightly high price. The bar is small and cosy but nice, due to the nature of the hotels location there's usually a lot of workmen who are working on the area so the bar can fill up quickly. Only reason for 4/5 is that our room was cold, we had to ask reception to get someone to come turn the radiator on and there was a lot of cigarette butts right outside our window. All in all a nice nights stay, would stay again.

Pleasant surroundings both outside & inside the restaurant, while the contemporary and spacious aesthetics of the restaurant itself, are the result of recent refurbishments throughout. The meal was part of a lunchtime special from a decent range of different dishes at very reasonable prices, whilst the meal in question, was well presented and cooked to perfection, in addition to good portions.
